Valsea Technologies is looking for a Product Owner!

In this role, you will own the product roadmap and backlog for retention-focused features, including loyalty programs, bonus tools, wallet enhancements, and in-app player engagement mechanics. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, data analytics, and compliance - to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver high-impact product increments that improve player satisfaction and retention.

Experience working within casino, games, or games management environments will be considered a strong plus, bringing valuable insights to player engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Product Vision & Strategy

Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for player engagement and retention features, aligning with business objectives.

Translate company goals into actionable product initiatives that maximize player lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.

• Backlog Management & Prioritization

Own and groom the product backlog, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and prioritized based on business impact.

Balance stakeholder needs, technical constraints, and user feedback to make informed trade-off decisions.

• Feature Definition & Delivery

Write detailed user stories and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements.

Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.

• Retention-Focused Feature Development

Drive innovation in loyalty programs, bonus tools, and wallet functionalities to improve player experiences.

Ensure seamless integration of retention features with the overall platform, including compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Data-Driven Decision Making

Define and monitor key product metrics (e.g., retention rate, bonus utilization, session frequency) and use data insights to guide product iterations.

Collaborate with analytics teams to conduct A/B tests and cohort analyses for continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure that retention features deliver a compelling user experience.

Align with compliance, finance, and customer support teams to integrate relevant requirements into the product.

• Player Advocacy

Continuously gather player feedback and conduct usability testing to validate and refine product solutions.

Champion the needs of the players by advocating for user-centric design and seamless user flows.

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Owner, preferably in the online gaming or iGaming space.

Proven track record of delivering product features that increase user engagement and retention.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude).

Familiarity with online casino operations, bonus systems, and wallet management is a must. 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear product requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
