What are we looking for now?
A Data Product Manager, that will ensure that our data team delivers high-quality, reliable, and business-relevant data products that empower decision-making across the company.
What You’ll do:
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders across finance, compliance, CRM, product and operations to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and ensure our data products solve the most important problems.
- Drive increased adoption of our data products and assets by training the business users.
Backlog Ownership
- Prioritize the data product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
- Ensure that the backlog acts as a means of communication for anyone to understand what the team is working on.
Data Product Management
- Define and document the standards for each data product we offer internally or to third-parties. This can include:
- level of data documentation required
- latency required
- ownership and access management
- suitable development workflows (CI/CD)
- data quality processes (monitoring, alerting & incident management)
- usage targets
- Increase the use of data governance tools such as data catalogs and lineage tracking to increase trust, discoverability, and compliance across the organization.
Hands-on Contribution
- Contribute directly to core data products when needed.
What You’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in data product management, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Good understanding of modern data architectures - including data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-native platforms (AWS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with real-time analytics tooling such as Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, or Druid preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering and scaling complex data products that drive measurable business value.
- Knowledge of data governance practices and how to embed them into product delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Professional-level English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
