What You’ll do:

• Drive the company-wide data strategy.
• Define the high-level quarterly roadmap for data projects.
• Lead and grow team of data & machine learning engineers and a data product manager.
• Lead the development of the Data & ML Architecture to support business needs.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and integrity across the organisation.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning and predictive modeling across the organization.
• Foster a data-driven culture by promoting data quality, data literacy, and best practices throughout the company.
• Champion “data as a product” thinking, leading to delivering data assets as discoverable, reliable, and maintainable products.
• Manage key partnerships with external vendors and experts to enhance our data capabilities.

What You’ll bring:

• Significant experience in senior data leadership roles.
• A strong technical acumen and experience in cloud data architecture design for traditional BI, real-time analytics and ML&AI
• Experience in designing and scaling data functions preferably in BtoC digital product companies.
• Deep familiarity with analytics, data engineering, machine learning, and data governance practices.
• Inspirational leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Proficiency in professional-level English communication, both written and verbal.
