What are we looking for now?

A talented designer capable of working to guidelines in a super fast-paced environment and bringing new ideas and concepts to the table. We work mainly with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, but experience with other programs is valuable. This role involves shifting between various focus areas - marketing, affiliates, branding, content and UI design - while collaborating frequently across departments with experienced colleagues.

What You’ll do:

• Work closely with our marketing, UX, product and engineering teams and share your design expertise to help make decisions on features we build, whilst practicing a collaborative mindset.

• Work collaboratively within the design team and support the design team lead.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

• Design unique & cutting edge promotional campaigns, while also being able to follow and build upon brand guidelines.

• Deliver final UI design, concepts, flows and components and help evolve our design system and processes.

• Understand the business objectives and distil these into world-class feasible and creative solutions.

• Be up to date on the latest industry trends and bring forward new findings and learnings.

What You’ll bring:

• Experience in the gambling industry.

• Must have: An understanding of sportsbetting and sportsbook products (applicants without this requirement will not be considered).

• An understanding of sportsbetting and casino affiliates.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on design experience on sportsbook and casino products, focused on UI and visual aspects of digital products.

• You have an 'Can-do' attitude, always deliver on time and have the ability to see solutions instead of problems.

• You have an excellent understanding of visual and user-centred design, and how design can meet brand, business and strategic objectives.

• You are ‘Pixel Perfect’ have an exceptional attention to detail, visual hierarchy and precise eye for typography, layout and branding.

• You have a keen interest in current trends in design and communications and the ability to spot opportunities.

• A true pro in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and experience in at least one of the main UI tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD. Motion graphics capabilities are preferred, but not required.

• You have a strong design portfolio and/or published references that you’re proud of.

• You are looking for daily challenges and want to join an amazing creative team!

• Proficiency in professional-level English communication, both written and verbal. Spanish is a plus but not required.
