What are we looking for now?
A Brand Marketing Lead to take on a senior cross-functional role at the heart of the Marketing department. Acting as the CMO’s primary execution partner, this individual will lead the end-to-end coordination of marketing initiatives across Acquisition, Retention (CRM & VIP), Design, Content, and Product teams. They will serve as the connective tissue that transforms marketing strategy into disciplined, on-brand, and commercially effective campaigns - ensuring every player touchpoint reflects a cohesive brand identity while driving measurable business results.
What You’ll do:
1. Strategic Campaign Leadership
Own the full marketing calendar: planning, briefing, and coordinating simultaneous campaigns across all channels and verticals.
Translate CMO strategy and business objectives into actionable project roadmaps with clear timelines, owners, and KPIs.
Coordinate kick-off and alignment sessions across Acquisition, CRM/Retention, VIP, Design, Content, and Product stakeholders.
Maintain the brands’ competitive positioning and ensure all marketing output reflects agreed tone of voice, visual identity, and regulatory standards.
2. Cross-Functional Project Coordination
Serve as the single point of contact and accountability for all live marketing initiatives - escalating blockers and resolving conflicts across teams.
Build and manage detailed project plans (briefs, timelines, dependencies, RACI matrices) using project management tooling (e.g. Jira).
Facilitate weekly cross-functional sprint reviews, ensuring deliverables are on track, on brief, and on budget.
3. Acquisition Marketing
Brief and guide the Acquisition team on brand-consistent acquisition campaigns.
Review and approve acquisition creative and messaging to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaborate on landing page strategy with Design and Product to maximise conversion while maintaining brand integrity.
Proactively identify optimisation opportunities with the Acquisition team.
4. Retention, CRM & VIP Marketing
Collaborate with the Retention teams to coordinate lifecycle marketing programmes - welcome journeys, reactivation, loyalty campaigns, and promotional calendars with appropriate team involvement from the marketing department.
5. Design & Content Governance
Own and evolve brand guidelines in partnership with the Head of Brands and Design lead.
Drive a content calendar aligned to key sporting events, game launches, seasonal moments, and market-specific occasions.
6. Reporting & Performance Management
Define and track campaign performance metrics in partnership with Data/Analytics; present monthly marketing performance reviews to the CMO.
Own the marketing dashboard - consolidating marketing department KPIs into a single executive view.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and document learnings; build a culture of test-and-learn across all marketing functions.
Manage the consolidated marketing budget tracker, flagging variances and reallocation opportunities to the CMO proactively.
What You’ll bring:
Essential
5+ years in a marketing management or senior marketing role, with at least 2 years in iGaming (casino, sportsbook, poker, or adjacent).
Proven experience as a marketing project lead or campaign manager coordinating multiple specialist teams simultaneously.
Understanding of iGaming player acquisition and lifecycle - including affiliate marketing, CRM journeys, bonus mechanics, and VIP tier structures.
Strong brand sensibility - able to review creative, copy, and UX with a critical commercial and aesthetic eye.
Data-literate: comfortable interpreting performance dashboards, A/B test results, and attribution models to make informed recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence without direct authority.
Experience with project management tools (Jira, or equivalent) and marketing collaboration platforms.
Working knowledge of gambling compliance and marketing compliance requirements across markets.
Desirable
Experience marketing across multiple jurisdictions
Exposure to product marketing and go-to-market planning for digital products.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools.
Background in or exposure to a performance marketing function (paid social, paid search, programmatic, SEO).
