Social Media & Community Manager (Professional/Native English)
About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to lead the social strategy, native format creation, and community development across digital channels for an online casino and sportsbook operation.
We are looking for someone progressive, highly digital, creative, analytical, and deeply knowledgeable about social media, digital culture, social-first content, and online communities.
A profile with real experience in social strategy, native format creation, and community development for B2C brands.
We are not looking for a profile focused solely on publishing posts, replying to comments, or executing pre-defined calendars. This position requires creative judgment, the ability to generate original formats, metrics analysis, content coordination, and ownership over the brand's social growth.
What You'll Do
Lead the social and community strategy for our brands.
Define the role of each channel: Telegram, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and other relevant channels.
Create and coordinate native formats for social media and digital communities.
Build an editorial calendar with campaigns, trends, recurring content, casino, sportsbook, sports, entertainment, and current events in line with business direction.
Develop social-first content: short video, clips, stories, memes, UGC, creators, livestreams, community dynamics, and conversational formats.
Develop and energize communities on channels such as Telegram, X, Instagram, and other relevant digital spaces.
Work on content linked to online casinos: games, launches, providers, experiences, entertainment, campaigns, promotional mechanics, and brand moments.
Work on content linked to sportsbooks: sports calendar, matches, competitions, major events, previews, sports news, and community dynamics.
Collaborate with acquisition to identify organic pieces with amplification potential.
Collaborate with acquisition, retention, CRM, VIP, Data and Analytics, and Management to align messaging, campaigns, and learnings.
Coordinate creators, editors, designers, freelance journalists, or external collaborators as required.
Analyze social and community metrics, turning results into actionable learnings.
Use AI for ideation, scripts, copywriting, research, analysis, subtitles, versioning, and productivity.
What We're Looking For
Professional/Native English (it's our only operating language)
Solid experience in social media, social content, community building, branded content, or social strategy.
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Telegram, Reddit and digital culture.
Ability to create and develop native social media formats.
Ability to build and energise digital communities.
Creative, editorial, and visual judgment.
Analytical mindset to read metrics, understand audiences, and improve content.
Genuine interest in online casino, sports, football, entertainment, gaming, and digital culture.
Good writing skills and sensitivity to adapt tone, format, and message to each channel.
Ability to coordinate content production with internal and external profiles.
A fast, curious, autonomous profile with a hunger to build.
Especially Valued
Experience (2+ years) with B2C brands, online casino, sportsbook, sports, entertainment, gaming, iGaming, apps, fintech, e-commerce, consumer brands, digital media, or social-first agencies.
Having worked with TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Telegram, creators, UGC, short-form video, or digital communities.
Experience creating editorial calendars, recurring formats, community dynamics, and content linked to current events, entertainment, casino, or sports.
Experience with metrics such as reach, engagement, views, retention, shares, saves, comments, community growth, participation, and performance by format.
Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, Metricool, Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, TikTok Creative Center, Meta Business Suite, Telegram, Notion, or Airtable.
Experience using AI applied to content, analysis, planning, and productivity.
Experience in entertainment, sports, gaming, online casino, sportsbook, apps, consumer, or digital brands with high content frequency will be especially valued.
